Lee Hardy - 1968 Benelli Motorella
Photos of my Motorella, which I have just finished restoring. When I say restoring, I don't mean to original spec. It has all stainless fastenings now and a non-original paint job (now in Benelli Tornado green/grey - not quite the same performance though). It was originally badged as a Motobi but since the logbook, frame and engine say Benelli then who am I to argue? See more pictures here..
Hubert Furtner and friends - Benelli specials
We are Benelli Fans (technik Freaks) with special Benelli bikes for street and race from Austria.
Various Benelli 500, 750 and 900 specials. You can see my friend Stoni below with his Benelli GP Racer , DOHC Engine, magnet Ignition, 6 speed Gearbox, dry Clutch , 85 Bhp at 14.000 rpm, total weight 134 Kg. The bike going round the track, a Benelli 500 GP Racer (driven by Stoni) was winner of Race Pannonia Ring 2010.
Pete Berryman - 750 Sei
Some pics of my recently restored 1975 750 Sei. Not back to original but the way I wanted it. See more pictures here..
Josef Sulzer - 750 and 900 Sei
Here are some pictures of my Benelli six - pot machines. In 2011, I stripped down both engines and rebuilt them. Since then, I enjoy riding both machines. I have also rebuilt a 900 Sei engine and have slightly tuned it.
Lasse Horskjaer - Motobi Spring Lasting
Here you see my “Spring Lasting” from 1956. I planned gradually to rebuild it to a replica of the “Milano/Taranto” racer - and then hopefully go to Italy to participate in one of the events held there. You can see it before and after the restoration. It now has a PowerDynamo electronic 12 volt ignition and electronics , very precise, instruments.
Simon Veasey - 125 Sport
Here's a few pics of my son Tomas riding my 1980 125 Sport, built 13 years before he was born! His normal road bike is the today's teenagers weapon of choice the Aprillia RS125, he's hoping to ride the Benelli at next year's Festival of 1000 bikes (if I can sort the truly awful gearbox out in time .... help!!!)
