Due to the recent upsurge in members of other clubs seeking a financial settlement following an accident at an event organised by their club, the Benelli Motobi Club issues the following statement:

"The Benelli Motobi Club GB and its officials do not accept any responsibility for injury or death to any person as a result of participating in an event organised or publicised by the Benelli Motobi Club GB. Furthermore, it does not accept responsibility for any loss, including damage to machinery, however caused."

Attendance at indoor shows will be covered by the show organiser's insurance. Additional limited cover will apply if you are involved with the club's stand. If you are in doubt, please check with the Benelli Motobi Club official who is organising the stand.
